Orders should generally be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for creation and fittings.

Rush orders may carry an additional fee, quoted before work begins.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin an order. The balance is due before collection.

Fittings are done at Kerri's Closet by appointment. Book a fitting online or by email.

Please arrive 5 minutes early and wear fitted undergarments so measurements are accurate.

One complimentary adjustment is included with every custom order after the final fitting.

Custom pieces are designed and agreed with you before cutting begins.

Fabric and accessories can be provided by you or sourced by Kerri's Closet; yardage is confirmed at consultation.

Design changes after approval may incur additional charges and extend the completion time.

Completion times are quoted at consultation and depend on the complexity of the piece and the season.

• Carnival / Kadooment pieces: latest fitting 4 weeks before Kadooment.
• School uniforms: order at least 2 weeks before the start of term.

Deposits are non-refundable once cutting has begun, as materials are purchased and time reserved for your piece.

Ready-made items are exchangeable within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.

Custom orders are made to your measurements and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Collection from Kerri's Closet is free. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Island-wide delivery within Barbados is available for a flat $15.00 BBD fee.

Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.

Ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of collection with the receipt, unworn and with tags attached.

Sale items are final sale.

If something isn't right with your order, email us; we stand behind our work.

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order or appointment: your name, contact details, measurements (for custom orders) and delivery address.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except where required to deliver your order.

Measurement records are kept so re-orders fit first time; request deletion at any time by email.

Prices are in Barbados dollars (BBD) and may be updated; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
